Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
(Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate big trucks on our premises)

We do accept cash but unfortunately only in an EMERGENCY.

We give an invoice on REQUEST.
On arrival, you will receive your room key and a fob key to enable you to come and go as you please at the main entrance gate.

before check-in 50% deposit refunded

More than 2 weeks
before check-in 25% deposit refunded

Less than 2 weeks
before check-in 0% deposit refunded

☆ REFUNDS ☆
Refunds will incur a 10% handling fee of total booking amount.


☆ CREDIT ☆
Any unused customer credit shall automatically be forfeited after a period of 12-months.

Dome Home is a non-smoking establishment with an outside ashtray provided. In consideration of other guest’s health and comfort and for safety purposes it is a legal requirement that smoking is not permitted in any of the guest rooms.

No animals, except for guide dogs.
